INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I offer one-to-one therapy sessions for anyone looking to begin the process of change in their lives. Starting therapy might feel daunting, however I will walk you through the process of what to expect and tailor the treatment to meet each individual client’s needs. There is no fixed approach to working with a presenting concern in a client’s life. I offer evidence-based treatment for a range of presenting concerns including anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, relationship issues, those with a history of physical and/or sexual abuse, obsessive compulsive disorders and addictions.

My extensive training in integrative practice means that both therapist and client collaboratively work together as I adapt the therapeutic approach according to what arises in the sessions. I offer both short-term solution-focused therapy as well as open-ended treatment.

Each session is 1 hour.
